Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Junior Sous, Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef within quality-driven restaurants.
• Strong understanding of service, preparation and kitchen organisation.
• Experience in refined dining, premium casual dining, steakhouse, Italian or hatted environments highly regarded.
• Passion for quality ingredients and consistent execution.
• Ability to lead by example and support the development of junior chefs.
• Calm, professional and solutions-focused during busy services.

These opportunities sit within two highly regarded restaurant groups known for their commitment to quality, consistency, and exceptional guest experiences. Whether your passion lies in premium produce, wood-fired cooking, handmade pasta, steakhouse classics, or elevated à la carte service, these roles offer the chance to work alongside some of Sydney's most respected culinary operators.

One opportunity sits within an established, award-recognised venue, while the other forms part of an exciting new Sydney CBD opening that is already generating significant industry attention.

The Opportunities

• Junior Sous Chef opportunities from $80,000 + Super
• Senior Sous Chef opportunities up to $95,000 + Super
• Head Chef pathway opportunity available up to $110,000 + Super
• Work with premium produce and refined cooking techniques
• Exposure to wood-fired cooking, handmade pasta production, dry-aged proteins and elevated service standards

About You
