Job summary

TGI Fridays Australia is seeking a Sous Chef to join the Friday’s Family in Sydney. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef to keep the kitchen running smoothly, delivering our famous dishes with energy and precision.

You will lead by example in food safety and hygiene, bring high energy to every service, and contribute to a fun, dynamic dining experience for guests.

• Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen

• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery
