This role focuses on menu design, food quality, team support, and daily service, with a Monday–Friday roster and occasional evenings. You will help shape menus while upholding top food safety standards and a prestigious working

About the Role:

You will assist in overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu design, food quality, team support, and daily service. The role focuses on delivering elegant, seasonal cuisine for a discerning membership base.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute seasonal, high-quality menus
• Assist Manage kitchen operations and ensure smooth service
• Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
• Control costs, ordering, and supplier relationships

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Partie ready to step up
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Creativity with a focus on modern, refined cuisine
• High standards of presentation and consistency
• Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations
