Job summary

Permanser Consulting in Melbourne is seeking a Sourcing Coordinator on a casual basis (minimum 3 days per week) to support sourcing and sustainability initiatives across multiple brands.

You will coordinate supplier onboarding, maintain records, update manuals and training resources, and track compliance documents and social audits. Collaboration with production, design and finance teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in production or a similar apparel/accessories role.
• Intermediate Excel and Word skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation and communication skills.
• A proactive approach and ability to build relationships.
