  • Communicate delivery timelines and updates to relevant stakeholders, including sales and customer service teams.
Shipping Documentation:
  • Oversee the receipt and processing of all shipping documentation from factories, ensuring compliance with requirements.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of shipping documents to facilitate smooth customs clearance.
  • Work closely with the logistics team to manage all documentation for shipments.

  • Maintain and update the factory payment register, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
  • Process factory invoices promptly, adhering to payment terms and resolving any discrepancies with the finance team.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience in production/ procurement management within the clothing or textile industry.
  • Strong communication skills, with a network of supplier contacts.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with an ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with quality control processes, shipping protocols, and social/technical compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in using relevant order management and tracking software.
