Job summary

Lake Imaging is seeking an experienced Sonographer to join our clinics in outer-west Melbourne. You will perform a range of ultrasound examinations, collaborate with radiologists, and contribute to high-quality patient care.

Qualifications include ASAR accreditation and 2+ years post-graduate experience, with proficiency across breast, general, MSK, obstetric and vascular scans. Siemens and GE experience is preferred.

• ASAR-accredited medical ultrasound qualification.
• 2+ years post-graduate ultrasound experience (new graduates welcome).
• Competent in breast, general, MSK, obstetric and vascular exams.

Responsibilities

Job description

Lake Imaging is seeking an experienced Sonographer to join the team at our clinics in outer-west Melbourne. Lake Imaging, founded in 2002, has become the largest radiology provider in central and western Victoria with more than 19 clinics providing a wide range of diagnostic imaging services speciality centres in Melbourne north and west, as well as in St John of God private hospitals and community-based clinics in Ballarat, Geelong and Warrnambool.

About You Qualifications

Qualifications in Medical Ultrasound accredited by the Australian Sonographer Accreditation Registry (ASAR). Ideally 2+ years post graduate experience (new graduates welcome to enquire) A willingness to participate in further education and continued professional development programs. An all-rounder with competencies in a variety of ultrasound examinations including breast, general, MSK, obstetrics and vascular. Experience with Siemens and GE ideal.
