Job summary

Merivale in Sydney is seeking passionate Sommeliers to join our teams across brands like Uccello, Felix and Totti's. You will enhance wine knowledge, learn system processes, and elevate service styles with the Merivale approach.

The Role

We are on the hunt for passionate and talented Sommeliers to join our teams for Sydney's brightest year yet.

We are looking for a variety of Sommeliers across our group: These roles are in some of our most treasured brands like Uccello, Felix and Totti's,

• Head Sommelier

You will get to increase your wine knowledge, learn system processes, and improve your service styles as well with the Merivale way.

As part of the Merivale Sommelier Group, you will need to be a team player, teach and share your wine knowledge, and inspire others in your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You are a valued part of our restaurant teams and you'll set the standard for service and share your knowledge with all our guests to ensure their experiences at our Merivale venues are memorable ones.
