Job summary

The Lucas Collective in Melbourne is seeking world-class sommeliers to join our celebrated wine program. Headed by Loic Avril and Yuki Hirose MS, we offer full-time and casual opportunities, with a rotating roster including opening and closing shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Bring sommelier experience, deep wine knowledge, stock control skills, and a passion for hospitality. WSET or CMS certifications are advantageous, and a valid RSA is required.

Qualifications

• Sommelier experience required.
• Extensive knowledge of new and old world wines.
• Experience delivering wine training is advantageous.
• Experience with stock control and inventory management.
• Up-to-date with industry trends and hospitality standards.
• Exceptional service, guest focus, and relationship building.
• WSET or CMS certification advantageous.
• Must hold a valid RSA certificate.
