Job summary

Cloudwize, part of Lyra Technology Group, seeks a Solutions Engineer in Tamworth, NSW to deliver remote and onsite IT support for a diverse client base. You’ll encounter Microsoft 365, Windows, networking, and cloud projects while helping with deployments and migrations.

Qualifications

Experience in IT support, ideally in an MSP or fast-paced multi-client environment.
Strong troubleshooting across Microsoft technologies and end-user devices.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, and networking fundamentals.
Exposure to Azure, Intune, Entra ID, Active Directory or cyber security technologies is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding remote and onsite technical support to a broad range of clients.
Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft 365, Windows, networking, hardware, and software issues.
Configure and deploy devices, applications, and cloud-based solutions.
Support user administration across Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune, and Entra ID environments.
Assist with cloud migrations, technology upgrades, and infrastructure projects.
Maintain accurate documentation and ticket records.
Build strong relationships with clients and become a trusted technology advisor.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance client outcomes.
