Qualifikationen

• Experience in IT support, ideally in an MSP or fast-paced multi-client environment.
• Strong troubleshooting across Microsoft technologies and end-user devices.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, and networking fundamentals.
• Exposure to Azure, Intune, Entra ID, Active Directory or cyber security technologies is highly desirable.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in IT support, ideally within an MSP or fast-paced multi-client environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Microsoft technologies and end-user devices.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, and networking fundamentals.
• Exposure to Azure, Intune, Entra ID, Active Directory, or cyber security technologies is highly desirable.
• A customer-first approach with excellent communication skills.
• A proactive attitude and genuine desire to learn and grow.
• Current driver's licence and willingness to visit client sites when required.
