Job summary

ResetData is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge AI infrastructure with customer engagement, designing solutions and enabling sales. This pre-sales, customer-facing role will focus on solution design and sales enablement, without hands-on delivery, handing over to the delivery team after contract signing.

You will work with developers, startups, enterprise, and government customers, collaborating with sales, delivery, and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering solutions that win customers.
• Ability to craft clear, technically accurate proposals and responses.
• Technical understanding of AI infrastructure fundamentals (HPC, GPUs).
• Experience with pre-sales in MSP/Si/Consultancy environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect AI infrastructure and cloud solutions meeting customer needs.
• Respond to RFPs and RFIs with compelling business and technical value.
• Partner with sales and Delivery to validate scope and feasibility.
• Support partner-led opportunities with technical design.
• Stay informed on AI infrastructure developments and trends.
• Suggest improvements to expand ResetData's solution portfolio.
