Job summary

GoodWe is seeking a Solution Engineer in Australia to support pre-sales activities, train customers, and represent the company at events. You will interact with key distributors and EPC partners, collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams.

The role requires a technical background, English fluency, and willingness to travel to close deals and drive market success for PV and storage solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or similar.
• Business fluent in English.
• Experience in technical support with direct customer interaction is a plus.
• Exposure to solar PV, inverter, energy storage, or utility industry is a plus.
• Strong communication and analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage GoodWe's pre-sales activities in Australia.
• Grow customers' trust in GoodWe’s solutions.
• Promote GoodWe’s products and increase demand from installers to distributors.
• Ensure GoodWe’s market closeness through trainings and distributor events.
• Build knowledge of market requirements for PV and storage systems.
• Translate market requirements to product management and R&D.
