Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience developing solution designs, system specifications and implementation-ready design artefacts that align with enterprise architecture principles and standards.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, able to explain complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Delivery mindset balancing design quality, compliance, risk and operational readiness.
• Coordinate technical input across multiple teams, manage dependencies and support transition to operations.
• Experience across delivery environments such as municipal ICT projects, cross-platform service initiatives or portfolio delivery.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and autonomy within cross-functional teams.
• Understanding ICT risk, service transition and sustainable design considerations.
• Continuous improvement mindset to uplift technical patterns and design practices.
