Job summary

Medibank is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to shape architectural direction across Workplace technologies, Microsoft 365 and Power Platform. This pivotal role sits in the Performance, Architecture & Innovation (PAI) team and will enable business-outcome focused delivery.

It is a 6-month contract with a day rate of 1200 incl super. You will design multi-system solutions, advise on TOGAF/SAFe practices, and lead delivery that spans agile and waterfall programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in solution architecture delivering multi-system solutions.
• Experience with Workplace technologies, MS 365, Power Platform.
• Familiar with TOGAF or SAFe frameworks applied pragmatically.
• Experience across agile and waterfall delivery.
• Familiar with APIs, microservices, SaaS, and enterprise platforms like SAP/Salesforce.

About the Role

This is an initial 6-month contract with a day rate of $1200 incl super.

Experience & Technical Skills

• 7+ years in Solution Architecture, delivering business-focused, multi-system solutions.
• Proven experience withWorkplace technologies,Microsoft 365,Power Platform, endpoint management and modern device strategies.
• Strong understanding of architecture frameworks such asTOGAForSAFe, applied pragmatically in delivery settings.
• Experience designing solutions across both agile and waterfall environments.
• Familiarity with integration approaches (APIs, microservices, SOA), SaaS models, and enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).
