Job summary

XPT Software is seeking a senior IBM ECM/FileNet Architect to lead end-to-end architecture initiatives in a Sydney-based role. You will design scalable, secure ECM platforms and drive modernization, migration, and cloud transformations across large enterprise environments.

You will architect integrations with enterprise applications, run architecture workshops, and collaborate with delivery leadership while mentoring teams and guiding governance and best practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 8+ years of IBM ECM/FileNet experience.
• Strong expertise in IBM FileNet P8 (Content Engine & Process Engine).
• IBM Content Navigator (ICN).
• IBM Case Manager.
• IBM Datacap.
• Java/J2EE and API Integration.
• Content Migration and Upgrade Projects.
• Stakeholder Management.
• Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities
