Job summary

XPT Software Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a experienced Solution Architect to lead design and delivery of enterprise ECM solutions in Sydney. You will architect scalable FileNet-based platforms, oversee integration with core applications, and drive modernization and cloud transformation initiatives.

The role requires extensive IBM FileNet expertise, strong stakeholder engagement, and hands-on leadership across cycles from architecture to delivery, ensuring governance and best practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience.
• 8+ years IBM ECM/FileNet experience.
• Experience with IBM FileNet P8 Content Engine and Process Engine.
• Experience with IBM ContentNavigator (ICN).
• Experience with IBM CaseManager.
• Experience with IBM Datacap.
• Java/J2EE and API integration experience.
• Content migration and upgrade projects experience.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade ECM platforms.
• Drive ECM modernization, migration, and cloud transformation programs.
• Architect integrations between IBM FileNet and enterprise applications.
• Conduct architecture workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Business Teams, and Delivery Leadership.
• Support proposal development, solutioning, effort estimation, and technical design.
• Provide governance, risk management, and technical leadership throughout project delivery.
• Mentor delivery teams and ensure adherence to architectural best practices.
