Job summary

XPT Software Australia seeks an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead end-to-end IBM ECM/FileNet solution architecture initiatives in Sydney. You will design scalable, secure, enterprise-grade ECM platforms and drive modernization, migration, and cloud transformation programs.

You will architect integrations between FileNet and enterprise applications, conduct architecture workshops, and engage with executives and delivery leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IBM ECM/FileNet solution architecture initiatives.
• Design scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade ECM platforms.
• Drive ECM modernization, migration, and cloud transformation programs.
• Architect integrations between IBM FileNet and enterprise applications.
• Conduct architecture workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Business Teams, and Delivery Leadership.
• Support proposal development, solutioning, effort estimation, and technical design.
• Provide governance, risk management, and technical leadership throughout project delivery.
• Mentor delivery teams and ensure adherence to architectural best practices.
