Job summary

Regis Resources Ltd in Perth is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join our Technology team and translate business needs into secure, scalable technology solutions.

Reporting to the Enterprise Solution Architect, you will lead design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications, ensuring alignment with cybersecurity requirements and business goals.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in solution architecture, business analysis, and enterprise systems.
• Experience delivering enterprise software implementations and business transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of architecture principles, systems integration, cloud technologies, data architecture, and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Experience with ERP, HRIS, Health & Safety, and other operational systems.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders across corporate and operational teams to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and process reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs.
• Design scalable, secure, and sustainable enterprise solutions aligned with the Regis Enterprise Architecture framework.
• Evaluate existing systems and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency, usability, and data integrity.
• Lead or support the implementation of new applications, system upgrades, integrations, and workflow solutions.
• Develop and maintain architecture documentation, process maps, and user guides.

Job Description

The opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join our Technology team.

Reporting to the Enterprise Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in implementing, optimising, and supporting enterprise software systems across the business. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into secure, scalable, and effective technology solutions that drive operational performance and support the organisation's long-term strategic objectives.

In this diverse role, you will lead the analysis, design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications and workflows, ensuring solutions align with architectural standards, cybersecurity requirements, and business goals. You will also act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, helping identify opportunities for automation, integration, process improvement, and digital transformation.

The Main Responsibilities Of This Role Include

• Engage with stakeholders across corporate and operational teams to gather, document, and validate business requirements
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and process reviews to identify improvement opportunities
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs
• Design scalable, secure, and sustainable enterprise solutions aligned with the Regis Enterprise Architecture framework
• Evaluate existing business systems and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency, usability, and data integrity
• Lead or support the implementation of new applications, system upgrades, integrations, and workflow solutions
• Work with vendors, consultants, and internal technology teams to configure, test, and deploy business solutions
• Develop and maintain business and technical documentation, including requirements documents, architectural diagrams, process maps, and user guides
• Drive process optimisation initiatives through automation, system integration, and workflow improvement
• Support cybersecurity, data governance, privacy, and compliance requirements across all enterprise applications
• Collaborate with business units to develop reporting solutions, dashboards, and performance metrics that support data-driven decision making
• Provide user training, mentoring, and change management support to maximise system adoption and business value
• Travel to operational sites as required to support solution rollouts, training, and business improvement initiatives

About You

Desired Skills and Experience

To Be Successful For This Role, You Will Have

• Extensive experience in Solution Architecture, Business Analysis, Enterprise Systems, or a related technology discipline
• Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise software implementations and business transformation initiatives
• Strong understanding of solution architecture principles, systems integration, cloud technologies, data architecture, and cybersecurity frameworks
• Experience with enterprise applications such as ERP, HRIS, Health & Safety, and operational business systems
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, and workshop facilitation skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities
• Experience managing multiple projects and delivering outcomes within agreed timeframes and budgets
• The ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• A collaborative approach with a passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and developing others
• Extensive experience within enterprise technology, solution architecture, business systems, or related fields
