Job summary

Silverchain is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to shape data foundations for a national digital program. You will design and optimise architectures across Dynamics 365 CE/F&O, Azure data services, and low-code platforms, ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant integrations.

Hybrid role with responsibilities spanning architecture governance, integration roadmaps, and collaboration with business and IT teams to deliver a future-ready home-care platform.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Data, IT or related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Integration Architect in large-scale enterprise or government programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Fabric.
• Strong understanding of data integration patterns (batch, streaming, APIs, event-driven).
• Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) for no-code/low-code enablement.
• Demonstrated experience with data security, compliance, and governance frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead maturation of solution and integration architecture to align with strategic vision.
• Define the Digital Program's integration roadmap for Dynamics 365 CE/F&O with Azure data services.
• Ensure design and implementation meet compliance, cybersecurity, licensing and operations requirements.
• Own architecture artefacts across Dataverse, Azure Data Factory, Synapse and related services.
• Assess and assure robust data and security integration across systems and data sources.
• Support data governance, metadata management and data quality standards.

We employ nurses, doctors, allied health, care workers, and a dedicated research and innovation division.The Solution Architect plays a strategic role in shaping the data foundations of Silverchain's Digital Program - a multi-year transformation to deliver a national operational care platform powered by Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Azure.

Working across business, technical, vendor and Silverchain's technical analysis team, the Solution Architect reporting to the Technical Lead, will be responsible for designing and optimising solution architecture across Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), Azure services, and modern low-code/no-code platforms for Silverchain's Digital Program. This role provides assurance that program data is structured, secure, integrated, and aligned with business goals, leveraging the Microsoft ecosystem to enable analytics, reporting, and AI-driven insights.

Operating within a hybrid agile delivery model, the Solution Architect ensures that solution architecture decisions are aligned to regulatory requirements, program objectives and enterprise strategy, ensuring and enabling a future-ready platform that supports Silverchain's ambition to lead the future of home care.

To thrive in this role,you'llneed:

• Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Data, Information Technology or related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Integration Architect in large-scale enterprise or government programs.

The role

As a Solution Architect, you will:

• Lead the maturation of solution and integration architecture and capabilities in alignment with the company's strategic vision and business and Digital Program objectives.
• Establish and execute the Digital Program's integration roadmap and approach for integrating Dynamics 365 CE and F&O with Azure data services and other existing OB systems/services.
• Align the Digital Program's D365 design and implementation with legislative, compliance, cybersecurity, licensing, and operational requirements.
• Own responsibility for all architecture artefacts relevant to integration patterns, and reference architectures across Dataverse, Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, and related services within the Digital Program's scope, with a significant focus on integration architecture.
• Assess and assure robust data and security integration between Dynamics 365 CE/F&O, third-party systems, and external data sources.
• Enforce, and where necessary support the development of data governance frameworks, metadata management, data lineage, and data quality standards.
• Work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.
• Collaborate with solution architects, application teams, and infrastructure specialists within the Digital Program, Silverchain's Data Strategy and Analytics Team and Digital Services to ensure alignment on design and integration.
