Key duties include after-sales technical support for solar and battery products, handling inbound calls and emails, arranging warranty replacements/installations, and providing onsite installation instructions.

Qualifications

• Experience working with batteries manufacturers.
• Electrical engineering degree required.
• Full work rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Provide after-sales technical support on solar and battery products.
• Respond to inbound calls and emails with appropriate solutions.
• Assist customers with warranty replacement/installation arrangements.
• Provide onsite installation instructions.
