A leading renewable energy developer in Victoria is seeking a Development Engineering Coordinator to enhance the success of large-scale solar and battery storage projects across Australia. The ideal candidate will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to project strategy and optimization efforts. Candidates should have a degree in Electrical Engineering and 5+ years in utility-scale solar or BESS development. Strong communication skills and experience with AutoCAD are essential. This role is pivotal in ensuring projects progress efficiently from concept to readiness for construction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in utility-scale solar and/or BESS development or engineering.
• Experience working across multidisciplinary engineering teams in a matrix environment.
• Knowledge of grid connection, HV systems, protection, control, and commissioning processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering inputs across electrical, civil, grid, and design disciplines.
• Prepare conceptual layouts and support feasibility assessments.
• Support projects during design and construction phases.
