Job summary

Enemi seeks a Business Development Manager to own a defined territory in Sydney, expanding the installer and channel partner network while bringing in new business. You will manage full sales cycles, from first contact through to close, and provide technical and commercial guidance to customers.

Ideal candidates have solar PV or BESS sales experience, a track record of revenue growth, and strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in solar PV, BESS or renewable energy with a network in the space.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and acquiring new customers.
• Ability to manage sales cycles with technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Own a territory sales strategy to grow revenue and customer base.
• Develop relationships with OEMs, installers and channel partners.
• Source new business through research and proactive prospecting.
• Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to close and post-sale support.
• Deliver against revenue, volume and margin targets.
• Provide technical and commercial guidance on project needs.
• Monitor market activity and competitive moves.
• Represent the business at industry events and client meetings.
