Qualifications

• 3–5 years in sales or business development in the Australian residential solar and battery market.
• Strong national network across retailers, distributors and installers.
• Experience with a solar or battery manufacturer with national scope is preferred.
• Proven track record of hitting targets and building lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to identify, qualify and win new business.
• Build long-term relationships with distributors, retailers and installers nationally.
• Position the brand as a trusted partner in residential solar and battery market.
• Collaborate with internal sales and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Track market trends and competitor activity and feed insights to leadership.
• Own your numbers and exceed revenue targets.
