Job summary

Solana Energy Specialists is expanding its residential solar and battery sales team across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and the Central Coast. This is a base salary plus uncapped commission role with company-supplied appointments and a track record of consultants earning $200K+ per year.

Open to electricians, solar installers and trades/technical backgrounds; prior sales experience is not required, and we provide structured training in solar, batteries, and our sales process before working

Qualifications

• No trade qualification required.
• No prior sales experience needed.
• Full training provided on solar, batteries and the Solana sales process.

Responsibilities

• Attend company-supplied residential appointments across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and the Central Coast.
• Consult homeowners about solar, battery storage and EV charging.
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Explain system design, products, savings and outcomes clearly.
• Prepare and present proposals.
• Follow up opportunities and manage your sales pipeline.
• Work closely with sales, operations and installation teams.
