Think Renewable is seeking energetic Solar & Battery Sales Consultants in Sydney, offering two paths: a PHONE SALES role in-office and a FIELD/IN-HOME role meeting customers face-to-face across Sydney. We hire for attitude and coachability, with training and a high-performance environment to grow quickly.

Our core focus is helping Australians switch to solar and battery with warm leads, rapid installation capacity, structured onboarding, daily coaching, and a strong team culture.

Responsibilities

• Running consultative solar and battery sales conversations with warm enquiries
• Understanding each customer's needs (bills, usage, roof and home setup)
• Presenting the right solution clearly, handling objections and closing
• Completing contracts and documentation, including finance apps
• Owning the customer from first contact to close and following up
