Qualifications

Tertiary degree in IT, CS, Software Engineering or equivalent.
Proven experience leading and managing software development teams across multiple technical disciplines.
Strong understanding of modern software development lifecycle practices, agile methodologies and engineering management principles.
Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage development teams across multiple streams, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and day-to-day operations.
Set and maintain engineering standards, code quality frameworks and technical governance across the development portfolio.
Oversee agile delivery practices across development teams, including scoping, technical direction and complex decisions.
Partner with product management to shape product-engineering decisions, informing technical feasibility and influencing roadmap priorities.
