Gold Coast Health is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead the software development function within Digital Experience, guiding engineering strategy, governance, security and enterprise software solutions for the region. You will manage teams across streams, set coding standards, oversee agile delivery, and partner with product management to shape roadmaps.

Qualifications
- Tertiary degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Software Engineering.
- Proven experience leading software development teams across multiple disciplines.
- Strong understanding of modern SDLC practices, agile methods and engineering management.
- Criminal history disclosure and screening may be required.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage development teams across multiple streams and operations.
- Set and maintain engineering standards, code quality frameworks and governance.
- Oversee agile delivery, scoping, technical direction and complex decisions.
- Partner with product management to shape roadmap priorities.
