Job summary

Gold Coast Health is seeking multiple Project Managers to join its Digital Health and Innovation division on the Gold Coast, delivering change management and digital initiative projects across the hospital network.

You will develop business cases and project plans, lead planning and delivery, and contribute to policies and procedures to ensure efficient processes for patient care. Flexible work options and competitive base salary are offered.

Qualifications

Experience in project management or change management preferred.
Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed.
Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)

Responsibilities

Deliver change management, project management and project delivery services for digital initiatives.
Develop project business cases, project plans, progress reports and closure reports to ensure all stakeholders are fully briefed on project objectives.
Lead project planning and the delivery of digital initiatives to achieve effective, efficient and sustainable outcomes for our patients.
Provide input into the development and maintenance of policies, systems and procedures to ensure effective and efficient processes are in place
