Role Overview:

We're looking for a Software Engineer with a deep knowledge of the Microsoft Business Applications Suite. This role is crucial for developing Independent Software Vendor (ISV) solutions tailored to Australian businesses aiming to expand into Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement software applications using the Microsoft Business Applications Suite.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse requirements, ensuring our software solutions align with business goals.
• Develop a deep understanding of Australian and Vietnamese business requirements to create highly customised ISV solutions.
• Ensure all software solutions comply with Vietnamese regulatory and accounting standards.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in Microsoft Business Applications and related technologies.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of software quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Must be currently working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 suite of applications.
• At least 2 year of experience working with Microsoft Fabric (launched in May 2023)
• Experience working in Vietnam with a deep understanding of Vietnamese regulatory and accounting standards.
• Extensive experience with the Microsoft Business Applications Suite, including Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and Azure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Business Central, Azure, Power Platform) are highly desirable.
• Experience in developing ISV solutions for the Vietnamese and other ASEAN market.
