We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Azure Specialist to join our growing team.

Role responsibilities

• Act as a one-stop shop for Azure services, billing, and support.
• Understand customers’ requirements as you support the sales team through to deal closure.
• Assist in tender presentations.
• Upsell support options and articulate the value of Data#3’s offerings.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, Microsoft, and internal teams.
• Ensure our customers understand the different vendor programs
• Ability to articulate business and technical value statements of Azure solutions to all customer organisational levels
• Responding to all customer queries in a timely manner
• Maintain awareness of customer issues

Technical

• Understand the different ways a customer can consume Azure.
• Tailor service offers to meet customers’ business and technical requirements. (e.g., Azure migration, health checks and optimization).
• Estimate Azure consumption costs and provision tenancies/plans.
• Identify optimization opportunities (Azure Hybrid Benefit, Reserved Instances, Savings Plans).
• Customer Success Responsibilities:
• Facilitate customer onboarding to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Log and manage support calls and escalations.
• Deliver tailored value solutions to meet customer needs.
• Clearly differentiate Data#3’s solution offerings.
• Provide customers with value solutions, to meet their needs
• Respond to billing inquiries

Experience

• Demonstrated experience working with Azure
• Demonstrated work history and experience in dealing with customers at all organisational levels
• Ability to develop strategic relationships with new and existing clients via various communication platforms including but not limited to phone, email and ServiceNow
• Possess the skills and traits necessary to be a successful CSP Azure Specialist such as professionalism, exceptional time management and organisational skills, a sense of urgency, and a dedication to continuous improvement
