Acknowledge Education Pty Ltd on Oxford Street Campus, Surry Hills, is seeking an experienced Course Coordinator – Social Work to lead Social Work courses and drive improvements in student outcomes.

The role emphasizes academic leadership, curriculum enhancement, and collaboration with staff and stakeholders to maintain Higher Education standards. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity on campus in Sydney.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Social Work (AQF 9) or higher.
• Eligibility for Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
• Experience in higher education course coordination and academic leadership.
• Experience overseeing course delivery and curriculum development.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic leadership and oversight of Social Work courses.
• Mentor academic staff to promote teaching excellence.
• Monitor course delivery to ensure alignment with learning outcomes.
• Lead course review and curriculum enhancement activities.
• Support assessment moderation and quality assurance processes.
• Monitor student progression and performance.
• Assist with policy compliance and governance documentation.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare reports for governance bodies.
