Job summary

Red Rooster is seeking a senior social media leader to own the end-to-end social ecosystem, from strategy to content creation, creator partnerships and performance optimisation. You will work with Brand, PR, Digital and Creative teams to build a distinctive, culturally connected presence across platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in social media, content, digital marketing or advertising roles.
• Proven track record leading social/content strategies for consumer brands.
• Strong content creation across video, photography, editing and copywriting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead social and content strategy across platforms.
• Own the social content calendar and channel strategy (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
• Identify trends and audience behaviours to participate in conversations.
• Create, capture and publish social-first content with native platform storytelling.
• Lead social execution of campaigns and product launches from concept to delivery.
• Build and manage influencer/creator partnerships and campaigns.
• Oversee community management and use data to optimise content and planning.
