Medium Rare Content Agency is seeking a Social Lead to drive senior-level social and influencer strategy within the Strategy Centre of Excellence. You will work with Head of Strategy and across MRCA teams to shape social plans for diverse clients.

This client-facing role requires strong social acumen, knowledge of platforms, and ability to translate trends into compelling ideas. The role supports growth and maintains up-to-date social knowledge.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management and strategy development.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable plans.
• Excellent client-facing and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across agencies to deliver data-driven social strategies and influencer plans
• Align social programs with client objectives and budgets
• Identify growth opportunities and develop proactive pitches
• Provide current social insights to support business development and retention
• Lead social and influencer campaigns from ideation to production
• Support ad hoc RFPs and new business proposals
• Build strong relationships with clients and present trends
