Jack Stillman is a premium Australian lifestyle brand specialising in rugged, functional luggage and accessories crafted from heritage materials such as waxed canvas and premium leather. Designed for adventure, travel, and everyday use, our products are built to last, just like the community we’re growing.

As we continue to expand across direct to consumer, wholesale and collaborations with other brands, we’re looking for a Social Media Manager to elevate our digital presence and help tell the Jack Stillman story across social platforms.

This role is ideal for a creative and strategic social media professional who understands lifestyle branding and knows how to build meaningful engagement. You’ll be responsible for managing our social channels end to end, balancing hands on content creation, organisation and performance driven strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with brand and marketing goals
• Plan and manage a content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms
• Create engaging short-form content, including video, imagery, and written posts
• Manage day-to-day posting, community engagement, comments, and DMs
• Source, curate, and repurpose user-generated content and customer stories
• Support product launches, campaigns, and promotions through social channels
• Monitor performance metrics and provide regular insights and reporting
• Stay across social media trends, platform updates, and best practices

Skills & Experience

Essential

• Proven experience managing social media for a brand or business
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok content formats and trends
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to brand voice
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Experience analysing social performance and optimising content accordingly

Desirable

• Experience in eCommerce, lifestyle, or fashion brands
• Basic photography or video editing skills
• Experience working with creators or influencers
