Job summary

You will work with our senior social media coordinator, photographer/videographer, graphic designer, and other creatives to bring campaigns and content to life across platforms, while staying true to our outdoor lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Experience creating content for multiple social platforms.
• Strong storytelling and caption-writing skills.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and in videos.

Responsibilities

• Plan and create content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Appear on camera for reels, walkthroughs, trends, tips, and lifestyle content.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns and social content.
• Write captions, schedule posts, and maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Engage with online communities through comments and messages.

Content Creator & Social Media Coordinator

Austrack Campers is looking for a creative and confident Content Creator & Social Media Coordinator to join our in-house marketing team and help grow our brands and connect with Australia’s outdoor community.

This is a hands-on creative role focused on social media, content ideas, community engagement, and on-camera content creation. You’ll be part of a collaborative marketing team working alongside our senior social media coordinator, photographer/videographer, graphic designer, and other creatives to bring campaigns and content to life across multiple brands.

What You’ll Be Doing

Content & Social Media

• Help plan and create engaging content across multiple social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
• Confidently appear on camera for reels, product walkthroughs, trends, tips, and lifestyle content
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and social content
• Write captions, schedule content, and maintain a consistent brand voice across multiple brands
• Engage with our online community through comments, messages, and social interaction
• Stay across social trends, content ideas, and platform updates

Growth & Marketing Support

• Monitor content performance and social media insights
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement and reach
• Contribute ideas for launches, promotions, and campaigns
• Support content shoots, events, or activations as required

About You
