We're looking for a talented and creative Social Content Producer to work directly alongside a highly successful and ambitious Sydney-based CEO who is building an exciting personal brand and growing their presence across social media. This isn't your typical corporate videography role. The CEO is the brand, and we're looking for someone who can bring their personality, lifestyle, business journey and everyday experiences to life through engaging, authentic content. Think day-in-the-life videos, behind-the-scenes access, business insights, podcasts, YouTube series, international travel and everything that comes with documenting the life of a successful entrepreneur. You'll be working closely with the CEO, capturing moments as they happen, developing creative ideas and turning everyday experiences into content people genuinely want to watch. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves storytelling, understands social media and wants to play a key role in building a recognisable personal brand from the inside.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?...

As our Social Content Producer, you'll essentially become the CEO's go-to creative person, working closely with them to document their day-to-day life, business journey and everything in between. You'll be responsible for filming engaging day-in-the-life content, capturing everything from meetings, business decisions and behind-the-scenes moments through to lifestyle experiences, events, podcasts and international travel. A big part of the role will be identifying those natural, unscripted moments that make great content and turning them into engaging videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook and YouTube. You'll also take ownership of longer-form YouTube videos, podcast filming and editing, interviews and personal brand storytelling, helping shape how the CEO is presented across their digital platforms. Beyond filming, you'll be heavily involved in creative ideation, scripting, content planning and developing new concepts that help grow an audience and build engagement. You'll manage the full production process, from camera setup, lighting and audio through to editing, storytelling and delivering polished, platform-ready content. This is a hands-on, fast-paced and varied role where no two days will look the same, and we're looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas, take initiative and genuinely enjoy being part of the journey of building a successful personal brand.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE?...

• Strong skills in video editing and production using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and/or Final Cut Pro
• A showreel or portfolio showcasing engaging social content, personal branding, YouTube videos, interviews or day-in-the-life content
• Strong storytelling instincts with an understanding of what makes engaging short-form and long-form content
• Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook and YouTube, with an understanding of platform trends and audience engagement
• Ability to work closely with a CEO, capturing their personality, lifestyle and everyday experiences in an authentic and engaging way
• Experience supporting content ideation, scripting, storyboarding and planning creative video concepts
• Comfortable with international travel, flexible filming schedules and working in a fast-paced environment
