Social Content Creator

We’re looking for a creative and hands‑on Social Content Creator to join a fast‑growing, multi‑brand business operating across Manufacturing, retail and consumer products.

This is a role for someone who loves capturing content in the moment, creating scroll‑stopping visuals, and turning everyday brand moments into engaging stories across social platforms. You’ll work closely with a collaborative marketing team and have the freedom to bring ideas to life from concept through to execution.

The role

You’ll be responsible for creating engaging social‑first content that connects with audiences and builds brand presence across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating short‑form video, reels, graphics and stories for social platforms
• Capturing behind‑the‑scenes content across offices, production environments and events
• Supporting seasonal campaigns, product launches and brand activations
• Assisting with packaging, POS and merchandise design
• Helping tell authentic brand stories through visual content

About you

You’re a creative self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys working across multiple brands.

• A strong portfolio of social, digital or motion content (Reels/TikTok experience highly regarded)
• 2–4 years’ hands‑on experience in content creation or social media
• Confidence using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar
• A strong visual eye, attention to detail and storytelling ability
• The ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively
• A positive, energetic attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
