Job summary

Core Studios is seeking an experienced Social Media Account Manager to build strong client relationships and keep content running smoothly. You’ll manage a portfolio of up to 10 clients and coordinate production with our creative team to deliver on-brand social content.

You’ll develop calendars for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, with TikTok for selected clients, and craft engaging copy while ensuring deadlines and approvals are met.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience in social media, digital marketing or account management.
• Strong working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Excellent client communication and ability to translate feedback into clear next steps.
• Excellent organisation across multiple accounts, deadlines and production schedules.
• Strong social copywriting skills and an eye for quality content.
• Willingness to get involved on location and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Turn briefs into content plans: develop calendars for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, with TikTok for selected clients.
• Build personal brands: develop content for business owners and industry leaders across Instagram and LinkedIn, bringing their expertise and personality to life.
• Keep production moving: coordinate briefs, shoots, timelines and approvals with videographers, photographers and production team.
• Contribute to the content: write engaging, brand-appropriate social copy, review creative and attend client shoots to help capture what’s needed.
• Manage delivery: keep track of deadlines, follow up on approvals and respond thoughtfully when priorities change.
• Use results to improve: report on performance and recommend practical ways to strengthen future content.
• Support your coordinator: provide clear direction and constructive feedback.

At Core Studios, we create premium content for a diverse and growing mix of brands across real estate, property services, design, finance, construction and more. From ongoing social retainers to one-off campaigns and projects, we help businesses and the people behind them build their presence.

We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Account Manager to build strong client relationships and keep their content running smoothly.

Your role

Reporting to our Account Director and supported by a Social Media Coordinator, you’ll manage a portfolio of up to 10 clients.

Your focus will be understanding what each client needs, coordinating production and delivering content that reflects their brand and objectives.

You’ll:

What you’ll bring

You’re already managing agency clients and can show us how you keep both relationships and delivery on track.

You’ll have:

• At least three years’ relevant experience in social media, digital marketing or account management, including managing agency client accounts.
• Strong working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Confident client communication skills and the ability to turn feedback into clear next steps.
• Excellent organisation across multiple accounts, deadlines and production schedules.
• Strong social copywriting skills and an eye for quality content.
• The initiative to solve problems, make decisions and keep work moving.
• Curiosity, a willingness to learn and enthusiasm for getting involved on location.
• Experience with TikTok, B2B brands or paid social campaigns would be welcome. Paid media expertise isn’t essential.

• Stay close to the creative work, from the first brief through to the shoot and finished content.
• Build your capability through varied client work, support from our Account Director and collaboration with our production team.
