Job summary

Virtue Homes in Traralgon is seeking a hands-on Marketing Content Creator to plan, produce and schedule premium content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other channels. You will photograph display homes, support TV/radio campaigns and write engaging captions and blogs for the website.

You will use Canva, Meta Business Suite, and editing tools (Adobe/CapCut), and embrace generative AI to streamline workflows.

Qualifications

Study or experience in marketing, communications or a related field.
Strong eye for premium, lifestyle-led design and content.
Confident with Canva, Meta Business Suite and photo/video editing (Adobe, CapCut).
Open to generative AI tools.
Organised, self-directed and comfortable with remote management and regular check-ins.
Happy to appear on camera or voice content for the brand (optional, release signed).

Responsibilities

Plan, create and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, in line with brand guidelines and content calendar.
Photograph and film builds, display homes and team moments.
Help produce content for TV, radio and podcast campaigns.
Write captions, EDMs, blogs and website updates, and support SEO on virtuehomes.com.au.
Use AI tools for content, editing and workflow as part of marketing approach.
Help run display home launches (including Eden 37), open homes and local events in Traralgon and Warragul.
Track campaign and social results and report on what's working.
Keep signage, brand assets and marketing materials consistent.
