Responsibilities

• Consult and communicate with diverse stakeholders (tenants, real estate agents, contractors, government agencies, local authorities, departmental staff) to deliver a customer-focused tenancy service.
• Support the management of approximately 39,000 tenancies across Western Australia within the Service Delivery area.
