Job summary

House of Quirky, Sydney-based fashion house behind MINKPINK and Staple the Label, seeks a senior social and content lead to translate br and marketing direction into an always-on content world. You will own the social ecosystem across both brands and work with design, e-commerce, influencer and creative teams.

You will produce visually-driven social content, lead campaigns, and guide creators while shaping a distinct voice for each brand.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in social, content or creative production in fashion, beauty or lifestyle.
• Strong visual eye and understanding of fashion.
• Experience owning social channels and content calendars.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Reels and social landscape.
• Hands-on content creation – phone or camera.
• Strong short-form video and editing capability.
• Experience producing shoots for campaigns.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Experience working with influencers and creators.
• Understanding of social analytics and translating performance into creative decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the social and content calendar across both brands
• Lead Instagram and Reels strategy, execution and publishing
• Translate campaigns and product priorities into social-first ideas
• Develop monthly and weekly content plans around launches
• Concept, capture and produce content for fashion moments
• Lead social content capture at shoots and campaigns
• Collaborate with TikTok creators
• Coordinate influencer content for owned channels
• Write and oversee social copy in each brand's tone
