Snuggle Hunny Kids Pty Ltd in Sydney’s Rouse Hill – NSW is seeking a senior marketer to own social, content and email strategy. You’ll lead a small team, shoot in content days, and drive calendar-led campaigns across social, email and website.

You’ll manage influencers, build partnerships, and ensure brand voice stays warm and consistent while reporting performance and shaping the plan through data-driven insights.

Formación

• 4–6 years across social, content and email marketing in consumer brands.
• Managed a small team and coached individuals.
• Strong experience across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube.
• Hands-on email marketing: written, built and sent campaigns.
• Portfolio showing strategy calendars and content you personally made.
• Strong writing skills and warm, community-first brand voice.
• Fluent with scheduling platforms and tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe) and reading Meta Ads performance.
• Organised, self-directed and able to run calendars across launches.
• Collaborative, positive, good listener.
• Aware of trends in the baby/children space.
• AI-aware and used in work.

Responsabilidades

• Own social and content strategy across platforms (IG/FB/TikTok/Pinterest/YouTube/Email).
• Build and run content calendar aligned to launches and campaigns.
• Manage influencers and ambassadors program and partnerships.
• Maintain a consistent Snuggle Hunny brand voice.
• Report performance and adjust plans based on insights.
• Brief Content Creator and assist with content production day-to-day.
• Lead email campaigns end-to-end with designer support.
• Collaborate with Community Coordinator to engage the audience.
• Develop influencer and partnership plan and execute.
• Create and maintain internal content library for reuse.
