Job summary

Pivotal Conversations in Melbourne is seeking a social-native Social Account Manager to join our busy Social team. You will own a small roster of client accounts end to end: identifying clip moments, briefing editors, approving edits, packaging content and publishing across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn.

From short-form to long-form content, you’ll deepen your understanding of what works for each client and why, while reporting results back to clients and maintaining strong

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing social content for brands, creators or clients, agency or in-house.
• Experience briefing editors or creatives, and giving clear feedback on edits.
• Packaging skills: titles, hooks, captions and thumbnail direction.
• Strong client communication, written and verbal.
• Strong project management, with the ability to juggle several accounts and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Watching client episodes and picking clip moments: timestamps, hook and platform
• Briefing our editors, then reviewing and signing off what comes back
• Packaging content: titles, hooks, captions and thumbnail direction in each client's voice
• Deciding what goes out where and when across YouTube and short-form
• Reporting to clients on what worked, and using it to make the next round better
• Owning the day-to-day relationship with your clients
