Job summary

Finder is seeking a Social Video Producer to bring stories to life across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. You’ll turn long-form content into compelling shorts and longer videos, partnering with the Growth team to shape ideas and execution.

You’ll editor with CapCut and Premiere Pro, design attention-grabbing thumbnails, and stay nimble with AI clipping tools. You’ll work across studio and mobile setups, collaborating with internal experts and influencers, and routinely review performance data to

Qualifications

• Experience producing video for a brand or publisher.
• Strong eye for design; high-CTR thumbnails and graphics.
• CapCut, Premiere Pro and AI clipping tools proficiency.
• Confident shooting both studio and fast-turnaround content.
• Able to manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities
