Job summary

Respect Emeral Avalon QLD is seeking an experienced Social Care Co-ordinator to lead resident-centred social care programs that boost wellbeing and community connection.

You will work with the General Manager to run daily activities, oversee staff and volunteers, and ensure documentation and budgets are managed effectively.

Qualifications

• First Aid Certificate
• Strong computer and administrative skills

• Experience in residential aged care
• Knowledge of dementia care
• Experience delivering recreational or complementary therapy programs

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Social Care Co-ordinator to join our team at Respect Emeral Avalon QLD. In this fulfilling role, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of engaging, resident-centered social care programs that support wellbeing, foster connection, and enhance quality of life. This is a Full -Time Position!

Working closely with the General Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the social care program, ensuring activities are meaningful, inclusive, and tailored to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities
