Job summary

CBUS Super is seeking a SOAR Engineer to advance security automation, orchestration and incident response. You will design and implement automated workflows, integrations and playbooks across diverse security technologies to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

In this critical role within the Security Operations team, you will partner with Detection Engineering and technology teams to mature CBUS' security operations, enabling faster response and stronger protection for members.

Qualifications

• Experience with SOAR platforms (e.g., Microsoft Sentinel, Logic Apps, Cortex XSOAR)
• Strong scripting/automation using PowerShell, Python, APIs
• Knowledge of SIEM, incident response and automated remediation workflows
• Experience integrating security tech (Microsoft 365, IAM, DLP, email security)
• Strong analytical, stakeholder engagement and technical documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain SOAR playbooks and automated workflows.
• Build integrations across security and business platforms to improve incident response.
• Automate security event enrichment, analysis, reporting and remediation activities.
• Partner with cyber and technology teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Develop reporting, metrics and insights to support continuous improvement.
