Job summary

Core Talent is seeking an experienced Senior Electrician with data centre or hyperscale exposure to join a growing team delivering high-specification critical infrastructure projects in Canberra.

This hands-on role requires the ability to read drawings, fault-find, identify problems and work through practical solutions, rather than simply carrying out installation work. You will operate across critical power systems and collaborate with engineers and contractors on complex projects.

Qualifications

• Current electrical licence and relevant trade qualifications.
• Strong commercial, industrial or infrastructure electrical experience.
• Previous data centre, hyperscale or critical infrastructure experience.
• Strong drawing and schematic interpretation skills.
• Proven fault-finding and problem-solving ability.
• Experience with critical power systems.
• Strong installation, testing and commissioning experience.
• Fibre optic splicing experience highly regarded.
• ACMA Open Cabling Registration highly regarded.
