AYAN InfoTech seeks a Snowflake Developer to join a Sydney-based project. The role offers a structured, mature environment and opportunities to contribute to sophisticated enhancement projects.

Location is Sydney with a 6-month contract and potential extensions; requires 5+ years of experience in BI/DW and Snowflake development. Applicants must demonstrate strong data warehousing and SQL Server expertise.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years BI/DW experience with 2–3 years in Snowflake development.
• Snowflake certification preferred.
• Kimball data warehousing methodology preferred.
• Minimum 8 years' experience using SQL Server 2012 or higher.
• Experience with Snowflake Data Warehouse and SnowSQL is preferred.
• Mature self-starter and independent with minimal supervision.
• Data Modeling experience preferred.
• Experience in Datastage/Tableau preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and conceptual skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Role: Snowflake Developer
Location: Sydney
Contract Duration: 6 Months with high possible extensions
Experience: 5+ Years

Required Skills and Experience:

• 8 - 10 Years Experience in BI/DW, with at 2 -3 years in Snowflake development
• Snowflake certification preferred
• BI/DW development experience; Kimball data warehousing methodology preferred;
• Minimum 8 years' experience using SQL Server 2012 or higher.
• Experience with Snowflake Data Warehouse and SnowSQL is preferred.
• Mature self-starter and independent individual with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Data Modeling experience preferred
• Experience in Datastage/Tableau preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and conceptual skills with ability to work across business areas.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop rapport with team members and business partners; a team player.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express business concepts in technical terms, and complex technical solutions in business terms.
