Job summary

Hawksworth in Melbourne is seeking hands-on Architects with a progressive mindset to tackle complex transformations. You’ll work in a hybrid setup, 2–3 days on-site, collaborating across teams and stakeholders to shape data and cloud architecture.

The role requires problem-solving finesse, comfort with trying new approaches, and the ability to navigate large, complex organisations and programs. A multi-stage interview process is planned.

Qualifications

• Experience designing Snowflake architectures.
• Experience using AI tools in architecture redesigns.
• Experience with large, complex organisations; Big4 exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on architectural designs for client projects.
• Collaborate with client teams to translate business needs into architecture.
