Job summary

Hawksworth Consulting, on behalf of a leading Data & AI practice, seeks an experienced Snowflake Engineer to deliver large-scale transformation programs across enterprise environments. You will design, develop and optimise cloud-based data solutions using Snowflake and modern tools, collaborating with client-facing delivery teams.

This hands-on role focuses on scalable data platforms, data products and robust pipelines in a fast-paced consulting setting.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years' experience in Data Engineering and Data Warehousing.
Strong SQL and scripting skills.
Hands-on Snowflake experience.
Experience with Azure, AWS or GCP.
Excellent client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

Design and build scalable data products and solutions on Snowflake.
Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines and workflows.
Perform data modelling, mapping and transformation activities.
Integrate Snowflake with cloud platforms including Azure, AWS or GCP.
Work with modern data engineering tools such as dbt.
Optimise Snowflake performance, storage and query efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders, architects and engineering teams on solution delivery.
Support best practices across data engineering, security and platform optimisation.
